Pizza Dough
Occasionally, I will make my own pizza for family night. I've tried a lot of different crust recipes, and this is essentially my compilation of what I have learned and like best. This recipe makes 3 medium-sized pizzas, which is perfect for us. This is a quick crust, so no, it's not one of the bubbly artisanal crusts.

Pizza Dough
4 cups Unbleached Flour
3 tbsp Raw Sugar
3 1/2 tsp Active Dry Yeast
3/4 tsp Pink Salt
1 1/2 cups Warm Water
1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil + more for coating dough
Preheat oven to 450°F. In your mixer, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
Slowly add water and oil. Dough should pull away from the sides of the bowl. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead till smooth. Transfer the dough back to the mixing bowl, drizzle it with oil, and roll the dough around to coat it evenly. Cover with plastic wrap.
Let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into three pieces. Knead the dough a few more times, then shape it into your desired form. On a large baking sheet or pizza stone, sprinkle cornmeal, cover, and let rise for another 10 minutes. Brush the dough with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes. When it comes out, decorate with desired sauce and toppings, and bake for another 5 minutes, and it's done.
Ideals are like pizza dough, made to be tossed around.
