Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

Usually when I make pizza, it cause we are craving a pizza we can't get delivered.  There are a few pizzas that seem to be either seasonal.  Or different restaurants near us just don't make it with the toppings we want.  The chicken bacon ranch pizza seems to be one that is seasonal around here.  So we've had to come up with our own version.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

3 medium Pizza Crust

Sauce

Bacon fat from cooked bacon plus butter to equal 1/4 cup
2 oz of Cream Cheese
1 cup Half & Half
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
Salt & Pepper to taste

Toppings

1 lg. Chicken Breast, oven roasted and diced(use two if they are small)
3 Pieces of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 Green Onions, sliced
1/2 can of Green Olives, sliced
1/3 cup of Pepperoncinis, sliced
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
3/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Prepare pizza crust.  To make the sauce; use a small saucepan melt the bacon fat/butter over low heat.  Add the cream cheese and stir till melted.

Add half & half and garlic powder and bring to a boil.  Simmer the sauce for 10-15 minutes or until the sauce thickens.  Add Parmesan cheese continue stirring till melted.  Stir in Ranch dressing and salt and pepper.

Divide the sauce over three medium pizzas.  Divide the toppings up and spread over the 3 pizzas.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until pizza crust is browned to your liking.

Everything is better with bacon and red wine!
